The event is only counted when Commanders making transaction through Webshop portal and buy the specified packages, not applicable to other packages, direct in-game payment methods.

In case you do not receive a spin after a successful transaction, please contact the customer service department via the in-game Support button so that the GM can check and return the spin corresponding to the payment history.

The winning item will be sent directly to the in-game Mail of the corresponding loaded character.
