Extreme Championship Guide
The tension-filled Extreme Championship! Master the three styles to clear the stages!
Extreme Championship is a game feature that emphasizes fairness, with fixed characters and weapons, the same Lil' Greenie soldiers and elite enemies. It requires dodging a barrage of bullets and defeating the final Boss to successfully clear the stage.
After clearing a stage, you will earn points and unlock new stages. Continue challenging the stages to climb the ranks.
Now, here is a little secret: if you want to clear the stages, besides map knowledge, and skilled control, it’s also key to learn new abilities.

Next, let me explain the three ability styles.
Each time you defeat an enemy wave, you can learn a new ability. There are three styles to choose from: lightning chain style, missile style, and general style, each with different effects. Just match them properly, and you’ll keep getting stronger.
First is the Lightning Chain style, as the name suggests, it's definitely related to lightning. After learning abilities from this style, not only can you form a chain of lightning when attacking, but you'll also generate a shield after dashing, a perfect blend of offense and defense.

When there are more and more enemies in the late game, you can choose the empowered skill Lightning Chain Split, creating lightning chains that bounce between enemies to deal massive damage.

The lightning chain is more suitable for those who prefer close combat. If you are more like a long-range Commander, I recommend trying the Missile style.
I really like this style myself! Pick Shooting Talent, and the further away you are from the enemies, the higher your damage. Hide at the edge of the screen, go wild with the trigger, and you'll make quick work of a large number of enemies. The missile style also has an active skill that allows you to launch powerful caestus missiles and has a chance to summon homing missiles.

Once the Missile style is fully developed in the late game, the number of homing missiles will increase significantly: it won't be an overstatement to describe it as a blizzard. Then, it's your enemies’ turn to dodge your barrage.

Lastly, there's a robust and comprehensive General style, which boosts base attributes, with an all-around increase in RoF, MSPD, and CRIT, and even adds HP and shortens skill CD. With this style, you can learn the empowered skill Magic Guardian in the late game, gaining an immunity shield periodically, which might just turn the tide at critical moments.
