01 New Enemies
After the turmoil in the Kemut region was quelled, the Island regions erupted into a new crisis. You will face new enemies controlled by the Curse Demon!
Enemies controlled by the Curse Demon will be covered in a layer of mysterious substance, which immunizes them from damage and provides them with more powerful offensive moves.
Only by attacking the Curse Bubbles attached to the enemies can you quickly remove the control state and directly hit the Curse Demon. Curse Bubbles form due to the Black Magic Curse. When enemy units are controlled by the Curse Demon, the Curse Bubbles are the only targetable parts on them.
To quickly clear the Curse Bubbles and remove the enemies' immune state, the new ability, Power of Clear Current, will come in handy!
02 New Abilities
After using the Power of Clear Current, your weapon shots will carry a breaking effect, making it more efficient to clear the Curse Bubbles or attack the Curse Demons.
As the Joint Operation: Abyss Mode progresses further, your Power of Clear Current will also be gradually strengthened.
By upgrading the Tidal Heart, you can obtain Tidal Points, thereby activating the Tidal Network to continuously strengthen the Power of Clear Current.
03 Strategies
To help you get familiar with the new mechanics and clear the stages smoothly, thoughtful me has brought you all the strategies for clearing the stages.
You'll need different combat strategies to cope with the two different states of the Boss. Better save the Power of Clear Current for when the Boss is controlled by the Curse Demon to release it all at once. Make your team of three, coordinate and use the breaking effect to clear the Curse Bubbles as quickly as you can; when the Curse Demon appears, go all out with all your Debuffs, and unleash all skills you have! Seize the moment for maximum damage!
04 Challenge Rewards
Of course, there are proper rewards after you clear the stages.
In addition to the brand new Lv.5 Cores to help you get stronger, you can also clear the stages daily to get Tidel Essence, which can be used to increase your Abyss Score, and unlock subsequent stages. You can also enhance your Tidal Heart, produce Tidal Points, and thereby activate your Tidal Network to enhance your Power of Clear Current.
As the season progresses further, you will gradually unlock more stages with mysterious new enemies waiting for your challenge! The number of General Core Parts dropped will also increase with your stage progress!
